Leadership Course Instruction

Frank is an authorized master instructor of the West Point Leadership (WPL) course. This course, closely modeled on the Leadership In Organizations course taught at West Point, has been modified for law enforcement and further developed by Dr. David Mather of Whatsamather Consulting to provide leadership training that merges the academic and the practical.

WPL is a three week (120 hours) course that explores various aspects of leadership. The first week focuses on leading and understanding individuals. Week two examines leading groups. Week three turns the emphasis toward first the leader him/herself and then to the organzation as a whole.

Leadership Workshops

Frank provides shorter workshops (half-day to multiple days, as needed) on a variety of leadership-related topics and issues.
The focus of the workshop can be modified and tailored to specifically address your needs or those of your organization.

Leadership Consultation

Frank is available for direct consultation with individuals, agencies, or any organization.

Keynote addresses

Frank is available for keynote addresses or to present to conferences/meetings on a variety of leadership topics.
